In the league of extraordinary father-child relationships,Stannis currently ranks above Tywin-Tyrion,Randyll-Samwell,Ned-Jon(he should have at least told Jon who his mother is)
He did it to protect Jon, but he wasn't a bad father to Jon.

I assume this is a conversation with Reek's sister from the last book remember he doesn't have the red woman with him on his march to winterfell.
Are we totally discrediting the letter Ramsey sent to the wall has false?
No, but as we know some information inthe letter is false. But its not clarified if it was Ramsey who wrote it. Some say it was Mance.

Stannis is more asexual like Varys in the books, whereas show Stannis feels more likely compelled to play fire with Melisandre. Stannis is more portrayed as villainous in the show, whereas he is flat-out neutral in the books. They just zapped out all the sympathetic side of him.

Stannis who was down to eating rats and boots during the siege of Storm's End, and later burns his only child and heir because the bastard of the Dreadfort burnt his supplies ? Naa that's not Stannis, and dont try justify it.

Umm....by riding Drogon, can we say she has tamed Drogon and as well the other dragons seeing as Drogon is the biggest?
I still think Baelor the black dread sounds catchy.
Uh Baelor wasnt a dragon. You mean Balerion.

If he take's Winterfell its cause he took Winterfell, not because he sacrificed Shireen. The battle in the north isn't the only one coming for him, he still has the throne to fight.

Ned,I'm guessing that knowing the Lord of Light(in the person of Melisandre) has brainwashed and softened him.He is still one of the feared commanders in Westeros and I see him taking Winterfell with or without the sacrifice.
Btw,what happens to Daario,Tyrion, Missandei etc
-Dead
-Escaped
-Captured & Tortured
Can't wait for e10
Stannis isnt a religious fanatic, he doesn't wholly believe in R'hllor. And he won't sacrifice his only child and heir, because of what Ramsay did. That's not Stannis. Now that Renly case is different. But as he's fighting for the throne, being the dutiful man he is,why would he burn his only heir, doesnt he know a war would start over succession after he dies, like with him and Renly.

So 'King' Stannis had to kill his own daughter because the Lord of Light commanded it.
SMH
Feeling disappointed
'Tis what im saying, the real Stannis would never do such, especially because some 20 men destroyed his supplies. Which isn't even possible as Stannis is one of the best battle commanders in Westeros, in league with Ned Robb and Randyll Tarly. Imagine him asking what is "Dance of Dragons" something that was taught to every highborn and a military commander at that, and in which his house participated. I wonder how Ramsay was able to pull it off. So then he burns his daughter expecting supplies to fall out of the sky ?And Arya was acting all dumb this episode.

If you haven't watched the episode stay away from the group until you do. Or read at your own risk.
