FashionRe: The Truth Behind Wearing Of Waist Beads By Women (Photos) by theOGN: 12:09am On Mar 01, 2021
Jashub:
What makes homosexuality unruly...or what makes murder unruly...have you bother to ask yourself that?undecided
Hi Jashub,
So I've been reading through your comments and would like to point out something. You haven't justified your point about waist beads being "unchristian-like." Yes, it is stated in the Bible, thou shall not kill, and I think there's also a place that speaks of homosexuality. But where in the Bible can we find, thou shall not put on waist beads? Pinning waist beads to religion isn't justifiable, however, if you argue that you find them irresponsible, I'm not sure why tho, then you're entitled to your opinion. Everything doesn't have to be about religion. There are so many things people count that I'm pretty much sure God doesn't even bother with. For instance, I once read from a Christian leaflet that watching football is a sin.

Anyways, waist beads are beautiful just like other bodily accessories. I'm sure some persons wear it without any spiritual or fetish undertones.

My mind is in a state of indecisiveness
am i bothered that at this age i dont even know what decisive means..

Just like a burning flame extinguished
my thoughts are all muddled up, putting me in this limbo of anguish..

Moving forward doesn't feel like the best option
but "going back to my roots" has never been my favorite caption..

I journey in my mind sometimes wondering what been successful would feel like
but coming back to reality, this state of paranoia grips me in a lock of bondage- prisonlike..

Hr tells me "there's a limit to what prayers can do
so you have to man up so thoughts of Sucide don't run up on you..

Hello.

Nnor.

Ekaabo.

Sanu da zuwa.

Welcome.

I'm Nesa and I'm here to tell you about a free digital tool I have created to help boost productivity.

We all struggle with unproductivity and I know how frustrating it could sometimes feel when it seems like time is moving ahead and you are falling behind. But you shouldn't let a lack of productivity stop you from achieving your goals and dreams. And that's the why I created this digital 'Daily Productivity Planner'.

With the Daily Productivity Planner, you can:
• be clear about your vision for the future.
• set clear goals towards that vision.
• set clear daily tasks towards achieving those goals.
• time block your day. Schedule and plan every hour of your day.
• brainstorm your small/big ideas.
• scribble thoughts and ideas as they come.
• track your daily expenses, etc.

This planner is supper handy, you can have it on your phone, tab, or iPad. And I'm giving it to you free of cost!

So what are you waiting for? Tap the link below to get yours now!

It would be an arduous task to list all the videos and podcasts. So, I just took a screenshot of my PC (these aren't all but you will catch the drift with these).
These are the ones I transferred to my PC. I have a lot of them on my phone as I'm always looking for more materials to improve the craft.
So, what you need to do it to type the name of any specific video you like into the search bar on YouTube. If the thumbnails tally, you've got your video.
I hope this helps.
Alright thanks a lot. Will check them out.

Congratulations. You did it! That's what matters. Many dream to write but few get to the end.
You are not a writer until you write. And as your rightly quoted, no one can edit a blank page.
You could begin editing or allow the manuscript to 'fallow' for some days so it would be fresh in your eyes when you later come to edit and catch more errors.
I take it you know how to do the edits and proofreading? I could point you to books and videos that can help improve your editing if you'd like it.
Congratulations again.
Oh yes, please do. What books and videos do you suggest?

I'm glad I decided to take this challenge. Not going to lie though, at some point I became super lazy, and there's this one day I just didn't feel like sitting down to write. I spent the entire day rereading an old book (and I'm not a fan of rereads, even if it's my favorite book. I'd rather pick up a new one). Long story short, when night came and I realized I couldn't go to sleep without writing anything, I got up and wrote, and wowza, the words started flowing(it's one of those days I had an uncompleted challenge).

So yeah, I'm glad I did this, and I'm glad I pushed myself because at the end, I came out with a 55k-word-half-ugly-half-fine-book.

Lastly I'd like to say thank you to everyone who supported and encouraged me in one way or the other.

Gracias

This is inspirational. You know, a few days ago, in my dairy, I was advising if one of the mods in the literature section could create a thread like this where writers can paste their daily word counts. I've seen it done on a foreign board one of my mentors frequents.
It feels so good to seeing what you're achieving.
If I may ask, in what genre do you write?
Hey, thank you!
Yeah, it will be cool to have something like that here.
I write contemporary fiction most of the time.

I use page counts instead of word counts because that's what fast draft is about. It's the pages. And I find it much more convenient.

Nice one OP. So what's your target? I mean how many words? I think my biggest accomplishment with these kinds of challenges was when I wrote a 7,000 word story in 5 days back in 2016. Yeah, that's not much, but I am a slow writer, and I felt great when I completed it.
Thanks Kay. My target is about 50k words.
I'm a slow writer as well, so I totally get what you mean. This is my first time trying a challenge like this, and mehn, I don't remember the last time I wrote so much words in just a few days. It feels good. I feel good.

Finally I'm through with the outlining and planning process, time to start the actual writing.

THE CHALLENGE:

Write 15 pages.
There's plenty of gaps atm in the story, but I'll start from anywhere (end, middle, or beginning), the gaps will eventually close up.

"Don't guess. Do the research" – Ellen Brock.

And Ellen's quote leads me to DAY 4 challenge: this is the part I think is most fun 'cos it involves seeing a lot of YouTube videos, reading blogs, skimming through memoirs etc. Just anything that gives me first hand information of people's personal experiences that relate to my story. Historical events and all that. I did a bit of research when I first got this story idea, so this is like a continuation.

Annnnnnnd, it's DAY 3!!!

“The first draft is just you telling yourself the story.” ― Terry Pratchett

THE CHALLENGE:

TASK 1: Put my story in order.
The braindump from yesterday has a number of scenes I think might take place in the book. I will just pick those and put them in an order of occurrence. I might decide to change things when I actually start writing, but this will serve as a guideline.

DAY 2

"If you dare nothing, then when the day is over, nothing is all you will have gained" — Neil Gaiman.

The challenge:
Task 1: Create a pinterest board.
This is a way to have a visual version of my story. The board will include character inspo, setting inspo, dialogue, costume inspo, etc. Just whatever kind of pictures that fit into my story.

Task 2: Braindump
Braindump literally means taking every idea I have in my brain about this story and dumping it on paper. (this is probably the lamest definition ever, but yeah, you get what I mean). I already have scene ideas and dialogue, will put all that down. Doesn't have to be in any kind of order.
