it's really funny how everyone has become super resourceful overnight, digging all sorts of ideas about dangote staffing principles.

according to a staff, there will be five batches of thirty candidates each, totaling 150, are you saying that allllllllll of us are to 'fill gaps' yet they also said they still need more people that's why they advertised again?
There are nicer ways to encourage yourself than 'feel the gap' statements

A friend of mine got into Dangote Cement through the GETS program. His take home after all deductions is 80k. yes 80k for real. the program will run for a year. At the end of the program they will be assessed. If one passes the assessment successfully then one becomes permanently staffed. the pay then is like 170k upwards depending on your negotiation skill and performance. some get paid higher than their colleagues. during the program, feeding, accomodation, medicals and clothing allowance is taken care of. according to my friend, its a nice place to work.

Please oh, I need clarification, hope this position isn't like their GETS program. hope the pay isn't below 300k (minus other benefits)

Now there are 50 new positions for the same hustle we went through and yet to conclude. I thought the website specified 10 slots for each discipline except IT which was 5 slots. Maybe the psychometric test is to flush out this set of interviewees in order to restart the whole process...just saying.

Pipo of God lilask, the newly advertised positions are for dangote fertilizer not refinery, we are in a different division.

This is different na, this is peculiar to easichris' case, like you said he didn't go through the same process we went through. fingers still crossed though.

Plssssss...What's all this psychometric tests u guys are talking about. Didn't you get read the mail for your test which states categorically that the next stage will be
1. Group discussion
2. Interview

So please where did u get your psychometricr tests from. All those other evaluations have been carried out. And concerning the HR interview some people are talkjng about, were you not aware at your interview that the panel comprised of technical(Indian) personnel and Nigerian lady or guy who was representing HR. The next mail you will receive will be an offer or a regret mail.

I was wondering oh, because even on dangote website for the recruitment process, this should be the final interview and next should be an offer.

it's actually true. just google, dangote refinery start date. but that isn't a problem cos USTDA, or something like that, is supposed to train over 100 dangote refinery staff before the refinery commences operations.

...... but I thought it was OES passion we are waiting for, whatever the case, I think it's good news. peeps With insiders and 'sauces', LOL, please help get information on the implication of this.

so I did mine 12noon today and got invite for the interview stage at 8pm for the 29th at 2pm. I think in my group we were all (mostly) petroleum cos I'm I'm petroleum and I got a glimpse at the attendance and everyone had 'p' on a column in the attendance

Praise God oh..but what's this non-uniformity of invites and what's with getting interview invite straight.
but I guess the only uniform thing is the venue, mine's 24th 12 noon.
