It says it's a 21month contract after which you'll be made permanent and given better renumeration, the salary on the letter is 218k, no mention of TS that's why im asking others to clarify, says program starts 13th August, no location

So I got a contract letter this morning after the assessment centre for mtp, is it that there's no training school for mgmt trainees or the letter was for training school though nothing of such was mentioned, only asked to accept and that the program commences 13th August and the salary is that of mtp as had already been pointed out but I'm confused on what starts on the 13th, work or TS?

Pls is this interview for mgmt trainee or grad trainee

Personally I have not participated in any bank's assessment center exercise and I didn't hear from any MT during first batch as regards AC so nothing from my end... But you can check First Bank thread for AC details i'm sure you can pick one of two tins...you can also send me PM so that I can connect you with one the MTs with Ecobank.

I think with the level of investment on each Trainee, the bond is fair

my dear there are other companies who commit even more and have NO BOND. I believe any organization that institutesa bond, a stringent one at that, always has something wrong with its working conditions and staff management. My brother five years is not beans, it's not even moi-moi.

it's just sad that Dangy decided to give administration to Indians! whatever happened to the USTDA grant? Even if you say,it can be done anywhere, what about other places that have refineries.

they'll be going for their one year training in India at the end of this week. I'm awaiting second batch.

Hmmm. don't know if to say thank God. but all the same, thank God. I sent mine within the first five hours.
