CoronaVirusPro: Why it is called presidential pardon.
Is it in the confinement of the law and constitution? YES /NO
So why is Atiku making it look like a crime? stop feigning dumb, We are not saying the President has no power of " pardon" or it's unconstitutional, other leaders did it too But for the time in history the list looks odd, it is almost like a criminal wrote that list and freed his brothers n sistas check buhari own, jonathan & others then compare, see your president clemency interest Sowore is Right Tinubu is a Criminal no doubts see list |

CoronaVirusPro: Can someone please educate Atiku about democracy and the reach and limits of presidential pardon?
His Excellency, President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu (GCFR) has the constitutional right to pardon anybody HE deems fit.
That is how it is done in democracy.
Atiku should desist from raising dust when there is no fight. The baseless antics to seek attention is gradually constituting nuisance. No more is forming an alien to " Presidential pardon" .. past leaders have all exercised this clemency But the FUSS here is Tinubu carry us go where we know now .... TimeManager: It seems we are forgetting a very important part of this whole process. The President did not singlehandedly approve the pardon. A Presidential committee was inaugurated from across the spectrum and they came up with recommendations which were submitted to the council of state for approval. Unfortunately, some people read only to comment and get likes but not to understand for future reference. This goes to show the level of our educational systems, producing graduates who are quick to talk but slow to understanding.

TheBizGenius: The funny part is that you are correct. But you are not looking at it the way Umahi is looking at it.
From what he's explaining, it's like buying 5 apples, 10 oranges, 3 pawpaws and 4 bananas. If you start eating, you can't find the average of all of this together.
But if we had all been shown the Gantt chart used for this, we would have been able to say "Based on schedules and work done, we should have eaten this specific number of each fruit and this is the cost. How much do we have left?".
That's what I understand about it ooo. I no know pass that one. Umahi way is not the " standard" here, it pretty obvious he has something to i hide we know these people no be today You don't have to or its even an error to say you want to know the average cost of a cost you've incured .. thats a wrong question i did smoothie today, i know how much 3 apple cost + bannanas cost + water melon cost me, for instance babe told me water melon should be around #300 per cut buh turns out 500 per cut .. i knew she gave an average cost so i just addup ... |

TheBizGenius: I have a first degree in mechanical engineering and I am disappointed in what Makinde said.
If you have a road project that transverses
A. over marshy areas and you have to sand fill,
B. over water and you have to build a bridge and
C. over hard soil and you simply lay your asphalt on it,
how do you get the average cost of such a project?
But I also understand that Umahi dey hide figures to dey chop as naija politician anyway but professionally, he is right.
Make I no even mention the Arise broadcaster own. Mtchew. Oga mechanic we are toddlers, there is no project in this life that does not have estimated cost or average at design stage 2ndly ... relative project like the coastal road completed in lagos can be use to give an estimated cost ... no one will hold it as fact we know its a predicted cost if you want to build a 5 bed room bungalow now a civil engineers can give you estimsted cost .. its either that or you endup spend more cos of inflation n changes with time ... these are common sensical All that talk, variances, terrains are different are lame excuses, no one except Actual cost buh there will always be a Budget or projected estimated cost Please i need a civil engineer to tell i am wrong ... |

I think we must be knowledgeable enough about project management and when it comes to road construction you don't give an exact amount because it is subjected to changes in accordance with the state of the economy that js why it is always . estimated. Cost , budgeting and contractual type plays a lot in determining the cost. who is asking the Guyman to give the actual cost, who said it ?? he is just beating around the bush mischievously just not to answer the question If he says it, they will never be able to defend it, the are nothing but thieves |

If anyone is on doubt, let them show me proof of Igbos , aside the poster OkoroAwusa alone, showing up on many threads, where the current Government has done very well, to commend President Tinubu.
Anyone is free to show me proof of Igbos , in large numbers, commending the exemplary achievement of Tunji-Oji to the extent we don't talk of passport issues here anymore whereas 30 to 50 threads were opened on the issue weekly, on this forum, when Buhari was President.
What of student loan, benefitting the North greatly, that removes the problem of promising students being unable to attend university because of poverty?
They are even the only folks here, using korokoro lies, to deny power supply has improved significantly under Tinubu than has ever being witnessed since 1999 when our current democracy began.
I can go on all day but the conclusion is that knowledgeable people are not fooled.
We know why it is them alone who use words like "evil", "wicked" , "killer" etal, as appellations to describe Tinubu, to the extent gullible folks may believe they care about Nigeria and Nigerians more than all else whereas history shows us otherwise and indeed confirms they are the biggest haters of Nigerian and their fellow Nigerians.
