It seems we are forgetting a very important part of this whole process. The President did not singlehandedly approve the pardon. A Presidential committee was inaugurated from across the spectrum and they came up with recommendations which were submitted to the council of state for approval.
Unfortunately, some people read only to comment and get likes but not to understand for future reference. This goes to show the level of our educational systems, producing graduates who are quick to talk but slow to understanding.

I think we must be knowledgeable enough about project management and when it comes to road construction you don't give an exact amount because it is subjected to changes in accordance with the state of the economy that js why it is always . estimated.
