If by dissolved, he meant divorce then the Bible is very clear on it, that the only grounds that a couple can divorce and then remarry is only adultery.

Exactly the scenario here, I just think she feels insecure seeing her husband relating with female friends/colleagues (even her sisters o). She 'ransack' his phone every time he returns from office/official trip, and if she finds nothing she concludes my friend has deleted chats/call logs.
