About the Company:
Our client is a leading West African supplier of food, beverage, and industrial ingredients, known for quality and innovation.

Role Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Officer to manage inventory, ensure accurate stock records, and maintain efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
- Prepare and dispatch customer and internal orders accurately and on time.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system records.
- Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and order within the warehouse.
- Support logistics, procurement, and finance teams with stock data and reports.
- Enforce compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

Requirements:
- OND/Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Physical fitness and attention to detail.
- Integrity, reliability, and teamwork are essential.
