Yes there will be another admission for awaiting results, it was october I applied last yr cos that was when my waec came out september like one month after the 1st screening took place, so be patient. its like I have to get to the bank to solve my own login problem its telling me that they don't have confirmation of my bank payment

I paid wednesday morning o and got my pin that evening too

I tried logging in today but the reply was 'we have no confirmation of your bank payment'. anyone else saw this?

made the payment today,sent the teller no and was given pin immediately

Most universities conduct two admission processes. One for those with an ssce in hand and another for those awaiting.

I agree with ife-wise how about we start with current affairs cos its kinda general and no one knows what subjects would be written if there's post ume

Wow, so books can be discussed about on this nairaland? I so hated that textbook throughout my secondary school cos chemistry is my worst subject, I just had no choice than to embrace it this year when writing jamb and thank God it paid off well for me. Really great book but you need lamlad to support it

From what I know sha, i'm not saying you're wrong but doesn't waec regard anything below credit in either maths or english a failure and can't use it for admission?

Aren't credits in MATHS and english a prerequisite for all subjects?

@ay50dblues i'm applying for elect/elect this year,i had 257 in jamb. My waec is maths b3,physics b3,fmaths b3,english c6 and biology c4,chemistry d7. And my gce is maths b3,physics c6,fmaths c6,english c5,biology c6,chemistry c5. I had 51.7% after the calculation but the locality cut off mark last year is 66 and i'm an indigene of Oyo. Pls what are my chances?

Ok i'm also planning on going to Bells University of Technology then transfer to 200L. I'm going for Electrical and Electronic Engineering o. Do you think the transfer will be possible cos i plan on having a G.P of at least 4.5/5.0

So what you're saying is that UI's merit is for everyone else apart from oyo state people,wow! Thats high. But on the average, i'm having 51.7% and i'm from oyo,do you think even runs can help me?

i know that. do other states too use locality if oyo too uses it cos i feel that merit is for everyone above that mark
