It's not men, it's the goat. I had a case like this too.

I called the lady and we were able to arrest the guy. Although, the ad I saw was to learn German, the lady said other people have been calling her for sex. He wrote her name with different ads all over the state. I saw it in a male toilet. I thought it was a guy! LOL
