Avoid any reflection/shade/light on the passport.
Ensure you look into the camera when taking the picture.....into the camera lens not the phone.

Ohh, okay I'd try that out. I never cared to take note of them. Also, would my temporary National ID work? Since I haven't gotten the permanent one yet.

I have done that. I was asked to redo the process again.
But am just worried it might be rejected again.

Good morning;

Some days ago, I received a mail asking me to verify my identity. I tried verifying but yet, it kept failing. After several failed attempts my account has now been restricted.

Please anyone who has faced similar challenge? Please how do I resolve this.
