https://www.premiumtimesng.com/regional/ssouth-west/708716-how-lagos-firm-refuses-to-allocate-land-after-taking-n50m-from-nigerian-living-abroad.html.

A Nigerian living abroad is crying for help to allocate two plots of land he bought from West Spring Estate Limited, owned by David Amoye, for N50m in the Ibeju-Lekki area of Lagos State. He paid for it, and for over a year now, there has been no allocation for him to take full ownership of the land so that he can start his construction project.

Help trend this, please.

Namaster:
What is happening is people like YOU keep covering up for them.

You know a company that has DEFRAUDED people of #80 Million but you still REFUSE to name them.

What do you expect?
Sorry, I thought I provided a link to one of the cases. Here is it: https://fij.ng/article/woman-paid-whitegate-homes-n35m-for-land-in-2022-shes-got-nothing/
Crime › Fraud In Real Estate In Lagos State by Thetruthteller(op): 7:32am On Jul 01, 2024
It is a worrying trend that quite a handful of real estate companies and agents are neck-deep in fraud, duping unsuspecting clients who buy plots of land from them.

There is an ongoing case of a Nigerian who lives abroad. He bought two commercial plots of land from a company based in Lagos somewhere in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos State and paid almost N50m for it. More than a year after payment, the company has not given him his allocation.

The same company has refused to allocate a woman a plot of land she bought for N35m two years after she paid for the plot in 2022. The company has not refunded her either.
