I have sent 2 emails to ConsularAbuja. I am yet to get a reply to any of the emails. Is there any other channel through which I can make contact?

Hello USMissionNGRA,

I was at the US Embassy at Abuja 3 weeks ago and my F-1 visa application was approved. My statement of account was collected and I was informed I will pick up my passport in a week. It is 3 weeks after and I am yet to receive my passport. I am not sure of the status of my application. I need to make travel plans and finalize absence from work. School starts on the 8th of August. What do I need to do now? Do I go ahead planning with the intention I will get my passport in time for resumption?
