Am a skinny guy too bro, and this is what I noticed

Last year December when we vacated at work I decided to know why I was still skinny despite eating a lot. So here is what I did and I saw changes even people at my workplace noticed that I was getting fat

1- I increased my food consumption, < I ate like 5 times a day>
2- I abstain from sex
3- I slept as much as possible
4- I avoid stress
5- I took good care of my hair
6- I exercise well ( I don't lift weight cos it burns more calories)

I saw difference in the space of 3 weeks

Until I resumed work, after 1 week I became skinny again but what I noticed was that I burn more calories than what I take in.
