In the context of the man talking about doing an oil deal or in terms of a business doing well generally, it is not much.

200m is very much for someone earning a salary or any random poor person but in the business world and doing well for yourself and setting yourself up, its not much. If you buy one plot of land on the mainland in a nice area for 50m and build a nice duplex on it for 100m, 150m is gone. 2020 Tokunbo Toyota Highlander is about 40mm, you have just 10m left.
