Dalohad: Orsu and Ihiala people have started taking back their land and will be going home en mass in few months for New Yam festival.
Those umu oma Boys have now fled to the bushes in Arondizuogu and Umuchu area.
Kekere-Ekun and those judges that installed Uzodinma as Governor, despite the fact that he failed and came 4th in the Imo Guber elections, should be held SOLELY responsible for the anarchy currently ravaging Imo and the South East.
After that ignominious judgement, all hell was let loose, as people gave up 100% on the Judiciary and resorted to self-help.
Anybody who wants to stick to the truth should check the timeline of events and see how we got here..
A broken justice system will encourage Anarchy, as we have seen over time. These judges just take money and sell justice to politicians and think can always go scot free.
Uzodinma will have to leave if Imo and the neighbouring states must get better. Sacking C.O.C Akaolisa alone won't repair the damage overnight. "These judges just take money and sell justice to politicians and think can always go scot free"... So who are they killing in retaliation? |

He might have had his disagreements with Mohbad and probably bullied the young man either directly or indirectly but he didn't kill him. The fact he didn't kill him and was looked upon like a monster is really painful. Bullying is not punishable? |

kokomilala: Roots Without Roots
For a start, Charly Boy never belonged here in the beginning. His parents migrated here, were welcomed and absorbed into this society. What's more? The bus stop in question was hitherto called Pedro. So, what's the complaint about?
I said earlier that his family and kinsmen were absorbed into this society. However, they became too comfortable, self-absorbed, presumptuous and scoffed at their hosts. They pointed at their hosts inadequacies if they were any- telling them Lagos is no man's land and those arrogant sayings in between.
The renaming of streets in Apapa and other parts of Lagos is intentional, a fallout from the 2023 general elections, if you like. But it is a timely reminder of the Yorubas that no inch of their an ancestral space would fall for the age-long zionist expansionist agenda of Zik's children.
Call it bigotry or tribalism all you like. But in a multiethnolinguistic setting like Nigeria, tribalism, in a sense, helps self-preservation. In short, dare I say that self preservation is the function of tribalism? However, it's important to note that the Yorubas were not formerly like this:, we were very hospitable- still are-, friendly and receptive to all peoples until these virtues were trampled upon. Kudos to you Sir... I laugh when they call other tribes bigot any moment the narrative is not in their favour. Let me put this one out-All tribes in Nigeria of today practice tribalism |

Politics › Re: Only ADC Can Tackle The Challenges In Northern Nigeria – David Mark by Thewesterner(m): 7:04pm On Jul 26, 2025 |
Ofunaofu: Fellow Nigerians, it's time we give the ADC coalition a chance.
That Tinubu and the APC have failed woefully and spectacularly is no longer up for debate.
The so-called master strategist and blueprint builder has turned out to be an ineffectual buffoon, completely out of touch with the reality of the people.
Two years into this administration, we are not hearing how many jobs have been created, how many Nigerians have been lifted out of poverty, or any measurable progress. The key indicators of governance have been thrown out the window.
Instead of securing lives, Nigerians are being murdered in cold blood. Villages are razed, towns deserted, and all we get from the government is silence or worse, distractionaction.
Food prices are skyrocketing, naira value worsening, inflation is choking families, transportation costs have doubled, and survival is becoming a privilege instead of a right.
This is not leadership. This is organized failure. And it must not continue. Yeah! My fellow Nigerians, it's time to wake up. Let's support THE NEW SAINTS gathering at ADC coalitions. Most of the polithievians over there are masses oriented and have NEVER been part of the evil APC and PDP that has over the years contributed to the current quagmire. They all have a good antecedent of not being corrupt. |
