I know you are talking about the Pandora Papers, now let me explain it better to you.
According to Pandora Papers leak which Premium Times published, it was alleged that Peter Obi operated so many private and family businesses abroad and also owned offshore bank account in a tax haven country with the name of his daughter.
The Pandora Papers claimed Peter Obi opened this offshore account in 2010 as a businessman who owned business in UK and other countries, including in Nigeria.
Now what is a tax haven country? Tax haven country is a country that doesn't tax investment funds banked in their countries by foreigners. They made it so to attract rich investors and celebrities to invest or save their moneys in their countries without being taxed. So almost all global billionaires and even millionaires in dollars operate offshore bank accounts to avoid governments of heavy taxed nations taxing their money.
Peter Obi became Anambra state Governor in 2006. Six years after Pandora Papers said he opened an offshore bank account in a tax haven country.
So he never took any Anambra state money to save in an offshore account. If at all he saved any money in an offshore account, it was his personal money he made from doing private businesses abroad, most in the UK where he owned a company.
So please, for your own good my brother, stop accusing Peter Obi wrongly, that man is very good. I am Igbo but I can tell you that we don't have any other known or visible Igbo political figure with good and verifiable reputation like Mr Peter Obi. We may have them but they are not known or popular today. I am still observing Governor Otti of Anambra till he finishes his second tenure and then I will access him.
If it were to be other Igbo politicians like Orji Uzo Kalu, Ohakim, Nnamani, Theodore Orji, Okezie Ikpeazu, Chris Ngige, Soludo, etc, God in heaven knows I will never support them because they are the normal Nigerian criminal, corrupt politicians.

1.) Contentment 2.) Zero greed to materialism and wealth 3.) Had integrity and almost zero corruption 4.) Were never ethnocentric but nationalistic 5.) Were frugal

Obi is highly contented which distinguishes him from every other Nigerian politician.
Obi have no greed for wealth and materialism, he is highly contented.
Obi's family (children, wife, siblings, extended relatives) are not interested in politics or money or influence from politics unlike Tinubu whose family are all expert politicians trying to even outdo Tinubu.
Obi is very frugal, reason almost every Nigerian call him "stingy".
Obi want communal prosperity of all Nigerians not Igbo prosperity like Tinubu is chasing for only Yoruba prosperity while claiming to be President of Nigeria, its totally wrong and you know it no matter who has done it in the past, we cannot continue to compete on who will outdo each other in being bad and foolish, that will never take us anywhere as a nation, we ought to be getting better everyday and not comparing our present with our past to justify our wrongdoings of today.

At least Tinubu have fulfilled his lifelong ambition and dream of becoming a President, that is enough...he should not let his ill-fated ambition to destabilize and destroy Nigeria and her fragile future. We really can do better with understanding and empathy for one another.
