I have been checking out different tools for managing hiring, job posts, and employee tracking. with so many options around, it’s getting harder to know which one actually fits small and mid-size companies. Some of the names that keep coming up are VivaHR, BambooHR, and Workable. From what I have seen it is quite simple to use and more focused on helping recruiters manage job postings and applicants in one place. BambooHR seems stronger on employee data and onboarding.
