Workch:
There is no evidence that god exist
You are not wrong to say that.

I believe in science.
I also believe in maths, the probability that a supreme being exist is not 0.

The only way I can accept that humans and other animals didn’t evolve from a common ancestors is when I cut the flesh of other animals and that of human, analyze their cells in the flesh and blood under a microscope and they cells don’t look exactly the same.

So far, I have done this severally by viewing the blood cells of a rat and that of humans under the microscope and they always appear the same.
So why are they looking the same if humans were created specially in the image of a god?

If you can show me that they are not the same under a microscope, I will accept creation
Science is the human explanation of what the creator did.
The old scriptures are inaccurate, not because of deceit but because of the limitation of the human mind.

For example, imagine my iphone gets teleported back in time to 100BC. After spending 24 hours with a scholar, the phone gets teleported back to the present time. I am pretty sure the scholar who receives it would write about the phone with the limited the knowledge they have.

"A shiny stone landed on my table this morning, it was so smooth I could see my reflection on it.
Suddenly, it starts to vibrate and I see the face of the son of man"
bla, bla, bla

Or imagine the scholar seeing a vision of present day 2021.

The scholar can only write based on their own brain capacity.

The scriptures we see today, are a representation of visions seen by people long gone.

The humans I foresee, are capable of creating universes (maybe in another 2 billion years)

If humans are not the most advanced beings, then something capable of unimaginable things could exist somewhere (remember we are limited by time and space but not everything is contained in time and space - think of the black hole, where physics mean nothing).

To be an atheist, it means you believe we humans are the most advanced being in the universe.
