SpecialAdviser:

I blame that idiot INEC mumud. He is causing us all these pain. Mba is a big mistake. The whole of Enugu streets and roads are filled with potopoto and stealing money is his target. Doing inferior projects up and down
He is unraveling so fast, and, just like Tinubu, has become what we all feared he would become.

Are you an Edoga merchant?
If yes, in what capacity is Edoga better than Peter Mbah?

Finally, do you know what a special purpose vehicle is?
Are you a mo..ron?
If no, then in what capacity are you defending a deal you know nothing about? And which side of your blinkered imagination tells you that an SPV is best to handle the resuscitation of a dead plant when there are loads of experienced players and industry startups yearning for such opportunity?
Until you and the regime you are defending come out clear with figures of what Enugu State is throwing into this deal and how much the so-called SPV is bringing that necessitated handing over state assets to them, this just sticks a label of corruption on a regime already famed for its mediocrity and do-nothingness.

If this is not enough evidence to you that Peter Mba is a colossal mistake who is advertently supervising a grand deception rather than working to change the fortunes of our state and our people, then you are part of the problem.
Dude, and/or his cronies registered a company five days ago, handed over the state's palm plantations to the company today, and ran to the press with news of the said company investing 100 billion Naira in the state. This is brazenly shady. It's a grand deception of criminal proportion.
Noticed how they gave the said firm a "serious, big English" name, Pragmatic Palm Limited? It's a common practice for most politicians who are out to fleece and deceive.

There is tho.
Enugu international wing and cargo section is currently on going
ICC is currently being completed
Smart schools and primary health care centers are currently being built
Enugu modern security control center is on going
Road constructions are currently on going in the new enugu city
Heard that Sugimoto wants to build a rice farm estate and cement factory. Don't know how serious they are.

Then, enugu logistics hubs and modern bus terminals, I don't know the status of the projects.

Those are the ones I know of

Where are the pictures? Or you "heard that Sujimoto wants to build a rice farm estate and cement factory" the ongoing projects of the Enugu State government? This is by far the worst regime in the entire history of Enugu State.

Business / Re: Future Events Trading on ochuba.com by ThirdWorldThug: 10:59am On Apr 15
In betting, your chances of winning are always very slim. But in opinion trading on OCHUBA.COM, there are only two options, so your chances of winning depend on picking the correct one out of just two.

You simply Buy Yes if you think an event will happen, or you Buy No if you think it won't; and if the event happens, or fails to happen – depending on the one you chose, you earn up to 100% of the amount you invested.
If you think Manchester United will still finish in the top 4 of the EPL, click the link below to Buy Yes, or Buy No if you think they won’t.
https://ochuba.com/trading-chart/660fd5e6ea1687767ab20675
If you Buy Yes now and later on you start seeing signs that Manchester United won't finish in the top 4, you can rush and sell your shares of this option. You can also sell your shares if you notice an increase in the price of the shares of the option you invested in. This way, you can go home with the modest gain instead of waiting for 100% profit at the end of the trading event.

Foreign Affairs / Re: Biden Tells Netanyahu Tonight Was A Win, Nothing Of "Value" Hit In Israel by ThirdWorldThug: 7:02am On Apr 14
So the airbase that was going up in flames was "a win"? Iran clearly demonstrated that they can do to Israel what Israel has been doing to the Gaza Strip, and they succeeded at this. It's left for Israel and her American backers to create a win out of this, or strike back and throw their overstretched military into an unwinnable, devastating war.

Maybe whosoever you've been buying from, has been using you to Cash out, seeing that you've got some Cash. This one you bought for 1000, I bought a similar one ,which is even more ripened and attractive, for 800 naira, at Kubwa,Phase 3 junction, Abuja. I'm a banana addict and , previously, the banana that I used to buy for 1500 would cause you to salivate endlessly, but now such sells for at Most 2k.
He is lying. There's nowhere in Nigeria that an unattractive bunch of banana like the one in his picture sells for 3500, talk more of a rainforest, banana belt like Port Harcourt.

You have to give Enugu state time to reach the verdict.
Soludo has been there for more than 2 years and nothing to show for it.

We have to allow Mbah to stay for 2 years as well. Just take a trip to Anambra, na touts everywhere and his signpost, raods are bad and he's doing nothing about it. Anambra1stSonTV is showing us cherrypicked 0.5km roads he constructed with Akpamu construction companies.
We didn't give Otti two years to know he mean business.

Workch:
You are correct, Ikpeazu was worst in the east, Soludo takes that position currently 😂
I agree with you in all your previous comments, but not this. Soludo is not the worst in the east currently: Enugu State has a governor who is doing nada, which is why the state no longer features in any discussion about development in the Southeast. Soludo might not be the revolutionary solution he campaigned to be, but he's doing something. Peter Mba is doing nothing but wear blue suit like a corporate monkey and mix Igbo with English like a badly educated village champion.
Peter Mba is currently the worst governor in the Southeast.
Politics / Re: Quality Of Drianages Being Constructed In Aba (Pictures) by ThirdWorldThug: 10:45am On Jan 21
Enugu State has totally disappeared from every discussion relating to infrastructural and human capital development in the Southeast. We now have a governor who has done literally nothing and is showing no willingness to do anything since his ascension to power eight months ago.

Business / Re: Future Events Trading on ochuba.com by ThirdWorldThug: 6:31am On Dec 29, 2023
Real-world events trading, often referred to as event-driven trading or news-based trading, involves betting on the outcome of real-world events. Traders who engage in events trading make profit by correctly predicting the outcome of significant real-world events such as big company earnings reports, nation's economic data releases, geopolitical developments, and developments in the world of sports and entertainment.
Events Trading also involves knowing the right time to take a position regarding the outcome of an event, and also knowing when to abandon a position because of new developments around the event or fresh insights.

If you are considering earning money by trading on events on https://ochuba.com, here's how real-world events trading typically works:

Event Identification: Traders start by monitoring the numerous events available on ochuba.com. These events could be the result of a coming football match, the outcome of a country's presidential election, developments in an armed conflict, or weather condition. Traders identify the event they have in-depth knowledge of, and then use various news and information sources to identify what could influence market sentiment.

Analysis: Once an event is identified, traders analyze what the potential outcome could be using all the information they have gathered. This analysis may involve further fundamental research, technical analysis, and sentiment analysis.

Positioning: Traders take positions in an Event market based on their expectations regarding the event's outcome. Two positions are available on ochuba.com regarding the outcome of an event: it's either a Yes or a No. Traders can buy shares of a No if they think the event won't happen or buy shares of a Yes if they think the event will happen. Price of shares start at 100 Naira per 1 share. Traders can buy up to 1,000,000 shares.
Prices of shares of the two positions are not fixed: they change every time depending on the rise and fall of their demand.
In buying shares of a position, traders can go for short events which normally resolve within 24 to 48 hours or they may go for long events that might take more than a year before reaching resolution.

Continuous Monitoring: Event traders must stay vigilant and be prepared to adjust their positions quickly if unexpected developments occur. If a trader predicts that Chelsea Football club will win a championship match, and Chelsea loses two key players to injury few days to the crucial match, it's rational that the trader considers changing their position. Traders must look out for unexpected developments to be successful on the market.

Risk Management: Risk management is crucial in event trading on ochuba.com. The trader who predicted that Chelsea will win a championship match before injury grounded their key players can move fast to sell off all his shares when they are still selling at above cost price, before news of the players' injury spreads and crashes them. Traders can use this method to stop total loss or secure little gains.

Event Resolution: When an event occurs and news is released, an event market is resolved on ochuba.com. Traders who correctly predicted the event outcome will have their profit credited to their accounts, while those who made wrong predictions are advised to move to other events on the market which they have better knowledge of.

It's important to note that real-world events trading carries a high level of risk. It's dangerous to take a position regarding an event based on just your belief. Traders need to have a deep knowledge of the event they are trading and then look out for developments that could affect the outcome.

Conclusion
On ochuba.com, event shares cost between 0 and 1000 depending on the demand. This means that when a market settles, those who made the right prediction get 1000 for every share of that market they own while those who made the wrong prediction get 0.
If a trader invests 3000 Naira to buy shares of a YES when it's selling for 500 Naira per share, the user will get 6 total shares. When the market settles, the user will earn 6000 Naira if the market resolves to YES, or 0 Naira if the market resolves to NO.
Traders can also sell their shares of an event market at any time before settlement, either to cut back on an impending loss or to cash out their profits and invest in a more lucrative event market.
