I'm looking for a NEAT 2/3 bedroom sublet in Ajah (Abraham adesanya - sangotedo areas preferred) where the occupant has just moved out and has few months left on the rent. I'm looking to avoid agency and agreement fees until renewal.

Hello everyone. My visa appointment is coming up in a few months and i noticed one the list of documents required to bring to the embassy on that day, i would need a DS-160 form completed and submitted not more than 6 months ago.
I submitted mine over a year ago and i don't know how to update it. I sent a ticket request but they only responded by saying i should attach the new form i want attached to my profile.
My questions are:

1) Can i go for my appointment with the form i filled over a year ago?
2) If the answer to the 1st question is "no", how do i get a new form?
