I have just recently completed a master's degree in the UK and got an offer for a job. Hence I am looking to switch from tier 4 to tier 2 visa. The company is providing sponsorship and will most likely be makin the application on my behalf. However, on 2 occasions I worked about 23hours a week on tier 4 due to mid-interpretation of the "term-time" in the tier 4 visa rules. I was wondering if there is any possibility that this might have any negative impact on my tier 2 visa application. Has anyone done this before? Your opinions will be highly appreciated.

hello please how did you get the tier 2 visa sponsorship. I am currently on a tier 4 visa and I have been applying because my visa expires in July next year. Dunno if you can give me info. Thank you
