All of you making comments don’t know how this started.

I contacted him immediately I found out the issue and my mistake.

I didn’t want to wait till phone lands and we start having issues, I told him kindly with two options.

1. I refund now that it’s just still early and phone is even yet to be shipped

2. Wait till phone lands and we try to unlock again but if unlock doesn’t work I will refund

Then he told me he bought unlocked and that is what he is getting

I don’t believe in staying on a problem but rather finding solution.

And he frustrated my effort to the point where I had to start chatting him up like this at.

If you want to hear the whole story then listen to the voice note I sent him, that’s where you all will understand and this is all to avoid issues

IMMEDIATELY after you found out about the issue? That's after how many days of payment? Nonsense undecided
