Good morning to you all. Please, I need your advice. I have just been accepted for a diploma course at a Canadian college. They asked me to pay an acceptance fee of $3000 but I'm already thinking ahead about visa application, medicals etc. I wanted to confirm the following:

1. Does anyone know if Canada requires students to pay all fees before resuming studies or before submitting visa application?
2. Medicals, what is the current range of fees required per person? I have a little girl who is autistic and I'm worried if this might be a problem with the visa application.
3. How much is required for the proof of funds?
4. Is Canada currently issuing visas for students and spouses?

I'm sorry for the multiple questions but I hope the gurus in the house can help me with good advice to make an informed decision.
