OP i think your best bet would be to go there yourself or look for a trusted person based in Akure who can do the legwork for you, someone who can personally look around on your behalf in his/her spare time. i'm in a similar situation, looking to buy real estate in the southwest (outside Lagos) and relocate but the active guys in the Property Section appear to be Lagos based.
