Sometimes, I'm wondering if it has become a Crime to work for people. This accounts for why we have so many youths indulging in fraudulent activities. It's really disheartening.

All my life, I've never seen a Boss who is as inhuman, insensitive and callous as this. I'm tired of everything about life.
I work 24hrs without rest, not even at night. At night, I'm monitoring energy/power consumption, switching over to Public light, inverter or Generator, keeping records and preparing same report ahead of daybreak. I do administrative tasks, clean the pool, assist and guide the housekeepers in cleaning the hotel rooms, run errands, do DJ work. I don't observe my off days. All these wouldn't have been my problems if this man was not an abusive type. He assaults me verbally, calls me all sorts of derogatory names, speaks to me in the most despicable manner, even before my subordinates. There's no staff who doesn't have closing and resumption time except me. My FNF colleagues call me "Workaholic", but this man calls me "Lazy".
If I step out for just 20Mins, calls will come in needing my attention at the hotel. He wants me to be working 24/7, yet, I have no place to sleep in same hotel. I'm exposed to harsh weather conditions and Mosquito bites . Even slaves have more prestige and honor than me.
At this moment, I don't mind get a new job elsewhere and taking a pay cut, as long as my sanity is intact. I'm mentally and psychologically wounded. I already had a bad childhood and same thing is playing out in my adulthood. My self-esteem is affected.

For the records, four of my predecessors all left on a quarrelsome note. As a matter of fact , no former staff ever left happily. Nobody has ever said anything good about same boss. If you call workmen to come fix an issue, he wouldn't pay them after work. Everyone is saying same thing about one person.

I kept thinking about the part where every former employee left on bad terms. When the same pattern repeats over and over, it's usually not the staff that's the problem. I hope you find a workplace where you're actually appreciated.
