What is IWP? |
Hello my Nairalanders, I'm so sorry for the information I posted this morning requesting advice on my brothers X-ray case. I called the Panel Physician myself (Q-Life Family health), to hear from the horse's mouth and he told me that the X-ray showed the presence of certain fluid on one of the lungs and so that would require further test (Sputum test) to find out my brother has TB or not. He then said that N50,000.00 is actually the cost of the further test which according to him will take between 8 and 10 weeks beacuse the specimen will have to be sent to Ghana or something like that. The doctor said if the result is positive for TB, my brother will then be referred to a hospital where he will be treated, and that the treatment will take about 6 momnths, but if my brother does not have TB, then he can proceed with his processing. Please, my brothers and sisters on Nairaland, what should I do now! I'm confused. Please I need all the help and support I can get from you. Thank you for your anticipated responses. |
Hello house, please I'm in need of advice. My brother is scheduled to attend his interview next week Thursday 21st March, 2013. He went for his medical test the day before yesterday and they told him the result would be ready on Saturday. This morning, they called him from the hospital and told him they found a problem in his x-ray and that he would have to undergo treatment that would cost N50,000.00. The problem now is that they told him that the result of the test would not be ready until after 10½ weeks. Pls, what are we going to do now? Please, I need your advice. Looking forward to hearing from you. Thank you. |
bolaaremu, the universal external battery thing sounds too good to be true. Please, is it compatible with HP 530 Notebook PC and Dell Latitude D510? Hope it doesn't cost a fortune. I'll give you a call concerning the battery soon. |
Please, how do I know if my 2NL has been sent? And where do I go to check it? Thanks |
Please, brightmon kindly reply to my post: Thomby2k12: He actually didn't wait to be called for fear of having his fingerprint taken. He only submitted his documents and left the embassy when he suspected that the officer that collected his documents had detected that he submitted multiple entries. He even didn't wait to collect the International passport that he submitted. |
No, a cousin of mine. |
He actually didn't wait to be called for fear of having his fingerprint taken. He only submitted his documents and left the embassy when he suspected that the officer that collected his documents had detected that he submitted multiple entries. He even didn't wait to collect the International passport that he submitted. I read that the Kentucky Consular Centre has a Fraud Prevention Unit, which I think contains a database of photographs submitted by all previous visa applicants. I think new applicants' photos are scanned using a facial recognition software to identify or detect any fraudulent applicant. Well, that's what I think. I don't know if anybody in the house knows more about this. |
Please, if someone submitted multiple entries ( 75 entries with his photo but different names, and one of the names was selected) in DV-2006 but was caught at the embassy during the interview, what effect can that have on the individual if he/she happens to be selected in DV-2013? Is that person permanently ineligible for a Diversity Visa or any other American Visa type? |
Do they accept NECO at the embassy for the visa lottery? |
He is using his real name. He won dv2013 with his real name. |
What about the information on the instruction page that, "anyone submitting multiple entries will be disqualified and an electronic record will be permanently maintained." what effect is that likely going to have on him? |
Hello nairalanders, i need to say a very big gbosa for each and every member of this forum for the wonderful jobs u're doing. I have a disturbing question concerning the dv lottery program. In 2004 one of my cousins submitted multiple entries during d lotery registratn. He submitted about 75 entries with different names but using his picture. When the result came out in July 2005, he won wit a fake name. He sat for GCE that same year and passed wit flying colour. When he went for his interview in 2006, after submitting his documents and waiting to be interview, he suspected that it had been discovered that he submitted multiple forms during the lottery. For fear that his fingeprints might taken if interviewed, he decided to leave the embassy and forgo the interview. He even left the int'l passport with them. Since then he has been abiding by the lottery rules by submitting only one entry with his real name during the registration period, until this year may when he won the visa lotery again, but he's afraid to process it. Pls, help us. Is there any hope for him if he processes it?Hello nairalanders, i need to say a very big gbosa for each and every member of this forum for the wonderful jobs u're doing.
