You guys saw how defensively solid our RB was yesterday with Kounde as RB, it was good.

Eric Garcia in that position overlaps a lot, Kounde offers more defensive protection to that RB.

Balde as well overlaps but we are used to that already and we cannot afford for both our backs to be perfected overlapping at same time.


Either way sha, Christensen, I sha still want Cubarsi starting.

Love flick for one thing, no one is guaranteed a player in starting Eleven. Except maybe Yamal and Pedri.

I believe Chelsea and PSG are a stylistic fit for us than Newcastle or Arsenal or Inter. That's why I am excited to see how the matches will pan out.

Are we going to go for our ultra high line and risk everything? Do we have the tools to prevent another high scoring affair? I know we can hurt them attack-wise but if we don't play a very pragmatic match, they will hurt us bad on the break.

We should continue with the highline, it just has to be perfected against those teams...
My worry is that our defenders are not enough especially now that inigo is out. Seeing what happened to Kounde and Balde last season.. we need as many hands as possible.

Christensen for his height, one thing about flick is that once a player has some run of good games he automatically becomes a starter. This is how Garcia is starting ahead of Kounde. All because Kounde was injured last season and Garcia stood up for him.

I am sure he would have started martin ahead of balde if not for registration issues.
