Some notable things said in the diary sessions last night :

Diane - I want Mike out .He's very competitive and a strong competitor. I feel if he's out of the way , that's one less person for me .

Jackye - Tacha is a ticking time bomb .She explodes spontaneously and then starts ticking again grin

Mercy - I've learnt a big lesson from Seyi's decision today - not to be too friendly with people - else I'll start making silly decisions like this .

Sir Dee - competition wise , I'd like Mike out . He's immensely competitive ( but in a healthy way ) during the arena game that I was leading and then came his turn , I just knew he would beat my time ..cos that's who he is .
He thrives in competition , he beats you and then starts cheering you on to beat him .

Tuoyo ...I nominated Mike because I've started noticing some fakeness in him . I'm getting some negative vibes. ...(someone tell this stripper to drop his pants and shut the Bleep up ) grin

Omotshola's diary session .

Biggie welcomes him to the diary room .
They exchange pleasantries .
Biggie asks him how he's feeling ,he said he's feeling grateful .
That he thought he would be up and was nervous as hell but now he's super chilled .

Biggie asks him to authenticate the reasons for his nomination.
He says he nominated fraud and Tacha.

Tacha - Because she's a highly selfish person .
That in as much this is a game , it's still real life to some extent.
That Tacha's belligerent , tedious and fiesty nature makes it hard for others to work well with her .
He also says her unwillingness to donate some of her bet coins for them to purchase edibles rubbed him the wrong way.
He said that before she begrudgingly acquiesced , she was unbittedly pervicacious .

Frodd -He said he nominated Frodd because of his reasons for putting up Mercy last week .
He said he's seen Frodd bonding and laughing with Mercy and he was surprised when he put her up for that reason.
That he's discovered that Frodd has no loyalty and if he could put Mercy up despite how palsy Walsy they've appeared to be , he had no doubt that Frodd won't blink a tear throwing him (Omotshola) under the bus ...so he's decided that before Frodd stabs him in the back , he's going to land the first blow . grin

He said he doesn't understand Tacha's game .
That it feels like she's intentionally making herself a target.
That she's like an archer who doesn't target the bull's -eye rather places her own head as target . grin

Biggie asks him what he would have done in Seyi's position .
He says he definitely would have saved himself .
That Seyi's deed was very noble .
That maybe Seyi is trying to make history like his grandfather (the late legendary Awolowo) grin

That what Seyi did was a historical moment in big brother and he isn't certain anyone has done it before.

Biggie asks him out of the nominated housemates , who he'd rather see out of the house .
He said that Mike is a good man and he wouldn't want him out .
Seyi is a close friend and a guy that goes out of his way to help others , so he wouldn't want him out either .
Tuoyo is a cool kid .
He said if there is anyone that he definitely wants out it has to be Tacha or Frodd .

Biggie asks him if he has anything else to chirp in before his diary session ends .
He tells Biggie to give him the result of the AFCON grin

He wants to know who lifted the trophy .
He also tells Biggie to give him a grade for their task .
That a teacher can't set questions and then tell students they failed without giving them a grade grin

Biggie chastises him , telling him that in big brother's house , only his rules applies .

That seems to sullen him up as a bit , he makes another attempt to ask big brother another question .
Biggie cuts him off and tells him his diary session has ended . grin

He listlessly walks out of the diary room . grin

Biggie asks her how she's feeling , she said she's feeling cool .
Big brother asks her if there is any tension because of the possible eviction , she said there is no tension at all , that she's chilled. grin

Biggie asks her what was her reason for nominating ...

She said there is no peculiar reason , that it's a game and someone has to be evicted .

Biggie asks her if there are any surprises on the possible eviction list ?
She said only Tuoyo was the surprise, as she wasn't expecting him to be up .

Biggie asks her how she felt about Seyi's self sacrifice....she said she didn't feel any certain way ,that it is a game and everything that happens here is a strategy. grin

Biggie asks her what she would have done if she were in his shoes .
She said she'll definitely swap herself and put another person .
That the rule of the game is getting someone evicted ,to create a better chance for oneself .
That she's not here to play . grin

Update :

Mike's diary session .

He exchanges pleasantries with biggie .

Biggie asks him how he's feeling based on the nomination .
He tells Biggie that he's feeling woozy .
A bitter sweet feeling , he's starting to realise that it's a game after all .
He had a hunch he might be up ,so he wasn't totally surprised .

Biggie asks him to clarify his reasons for nominating Tacha and Seyi .
He tells Biggie that he nominated Seyi because he knew he had the Veto power and could save himself ,now he feels guilty since Seyi didn't save himself .
He would never have nominated Seyi if he knew he was gonna leave his ass on the chopping block .
He calls Seyi 's decision not to swap himself for someone a noble decision and says Seyi is a good man and good friend .

He says he nominated Tacha because she's very confident of her army outside the house ,so he knows she's going no where and that's the reason he'll keep putting her up for the rest of the show. grin

Biggie asks him who he would love to see evicted on Sunday .
He said his mindset now can't allow him to make a limpid and conspicuous analysis .
That he's concentrated on himself this week .
So he's pleading the 5th ( pleading the 5th means opting out of answering a question )

Biggie ends his diary session when he said he has nothing more to say .

Everyone came into the show hoping to win it, but it's not the only thing to gain from BB. The platform is very huge not to latch onto.

Did you know Alex or Cee-C before last season? Now they're doing pretty good for themselves. BB gave them a good platform to shine. Everyone can't win the money. Success can be achieved in BB with or without winning the money.

You basically said everything I said .

I said money is the most important , I never said it was the only thing to be gained .
