I never see any 30 under 30 than looks better than me. There’s no one that I aspire to look like. In the entertainment industry, even I will agree that light skin privilege exists.

The sport thing doesn’t apply. Looks will do nothing for you in sport.

I got a lot of modelling gigs because I am light skinned sha and I usually get centerfold positions even if I'm not the most attractive person amongst the models.
Light skin privilege does exist.
Anyone in denial is simply deluded.

Even in Hollywood , light skinned or mixed black actors have a higher chance of bagging roles.

Although the privilege comes with a stigma and very often unwarranted hate .

I've seen people call me unattractive simply because I'm light skinned (which is far from the truth ) and others simply assume I'm spoilt or dumb (until I show them pepper ) grin

Even though light skinned black actors are very likely to bag roles , they are very seldom regarded as serious actors .

So everything with an advantage has lots of disadvantages.

And aside from Mercy , I've never seen light skin privilege factor that much in bbnaija . grin

Nobody should be targeted and bullied sha .

And assuming someone is jobless or has nothing doing because they're frequently active on this thread is silly .

We have doctors , lawyers , business tycoons here ....

They're not active because they have nothing doing , they're active because they love the show and making out time to watch it .

Some of them are on leave .
Some of them chip in from time to time .
Some are probably watching from their offices .

The assumption that one being here makes them jobless is very ignorant .
I implore people not to ruin the fun for we fanatics.
Without people frequently updating this place , this thread will be dead .
Let's appreciate those that are putting in the work and not shame them for keeping us updated .

We honestly need to extirpate this hackneyed mentality .
