Your case is very dicey, so do not let anyone who isn’t licensed in that field suggest anything to you, please.

If your exclusion order was only for one year, you served the full period, and you left Canada on time, it likely won’t block your PR application in the future — as long as you are honest, provide proof, and have no other inadmissibility issues.
