I don't even understand their analysis. It is the fans you gain DURING your time in BBN that matter. Those are the ones following you cos of the game. Most of those followers followed for several reasons. (I know how many IG accts I follow just for GA.) Also, if she doesn't appeal to her followers gamewise, they will not vote for her SIMPLY because they are following her on IG. Again, if I'm following you on IG and my brother or someone I know personally is competing, will I leave that person and vote for you simply because I'm following you?
