There is no where in the whole of 1 Corinthians 7 that it is mentioned one man is to have one wife. I think the issue is that you are either deliberately or ignorantly misinterpreting the lexical ambiguity in 1 Corinthians 7:2 [KJV] which states that:

Nigeria Police always quick to warn ordinary people that pose no threat to them or anyone.

In the face of bandits and terrorists killing them especially in the North and politicians releasing or pardoning the criminals after capture, one would think Nigeria Police will be courageous enough to issue warning such as this to those types of people but they never do.
