Anyone who considers GEJ like Buhari is an idiot and a fool. You are not listening, you are still viewing this from a tribalistic prism....you hate my own, so I hate yours too. We didn't hate Obasanjo, we didn't hate Yaradua , and many more before him because they governed without tribal and religious bigotry. But Buhari has governed as a tribalist, religious fanatic and crass abuser of power. Most importantly he has destroyed this country...everything upside, the country is divided than ever before.

Why should private developers have to fix government duties? Why then are we paying taxes? What are they doing with out taxes? Critical infrastructure are government duties, in most cases with Mass Housing development to attract developers, government usually promise to provide critical infrastructure which attracts developers because they don't make much in such low-income communities.
