Nigeria Government structure is bureaucratic in nature ,only for employment but it usefulness is not felt, take for example the minister for agriculture what is his funtion? Let me tell you.
1. Evaluate evaluate the anual quantity of differiant food products that nigeria must produce to feed the nation and also for export gain e.g 100 bags of rice to feed the nation and 100 bags for export that means nigeria per annual needs to produce 200 bags of rice right?

2. Evaluate the agricultural strength of each state in nigeria per product, what do i mean stating rice as an example. He should evaluate how many states and produce rice and how many bags each states can produce e.g niger state 20 bags kogi 20 bags kebbi 20 bags like that.. Now communicate to each states commisional for agriculture the demands that have been placed on their state in the production of this agriculture products
3. Commisionals will then in turn task each local government chairmen of there respective local govts to work with community leaders to ensure that this demands are ment
What are the roles of state govornors and chairmen?
1. Allocation of farm lands
2. Provision of farm machinaries
3. Agro products
4. Fertalizers
5. Spraying chemicals
Farmers who are given lands play mustly just surpervision role with less labour because the state and locals government helps with the farming process thereby making farming attractive
HOW MONEY SPENT BY STATE GOVERNMENT DURING THE FARMING PROCESS IS RECOVERED
The State Government buys this product from the farms and selling to the federal government there by making the money spent on the process
BENEFITS INCLUDES
