Thanks @mosbus for the advice. I got the complete pulley with bearing replaced with a tokunbo one. Took the advantage to replace the condenser drier, cabin air filter and refilled gas without any oil as advised. My car AC is back to its factory chilled performance without any grinding noise. It's exactly a month usage after the servicing, no issue at all.

Mostly likely they will need to loose out the compressor because it might be difficult to replace the bearing without bringing out the compressor.
They don't need to add oil in the system when refilling gas.

Please, any good AC technician at Ilorin that can work on it?

@mosbus Good Evening & happy weekend, I drive 2013 Toyota Corolla LE that comes with an auto VDC compressor. Plz, my AC compressor makes grinding noise with its pulley bearing confirmed bad. Can the bearing be replaced without affecting its functionality? It still cools effectively. One kazeem here dey tell me say make I change ham to Manual Compressor. I base in Niger State. Thanks for d good work done here.
