Hello guys, please I paid for courier service in tls VI . I got my collection mail on the 16th and up until now, I haven't gotten any mail with my tracking number or any update from the courier service. Please what's the way forward I'll really appreciate your replies please

My pick mail was yesterday,I don’t have a tracking number and yet to review any mail with one.
