Pls any advice on what to expect on the tests? Were they basically quantitative and verbal and how tough were the questions?

These are some tips I got before I took mine. I hope it helps you.

Tips for the On-Demand Video Interview
- Use a full stomach;
- Speak slowly;
- Limit your personal contact or media;
- Clean your camera lens;
- Tailor the model answers to the Company;
- Use a notepad to minimize rambling;
- Have your resume in front of you;
- Look presentable;
- Switch off your phone – charge your laptop;
- Have a stable set up, a nice clean background, minimal noise as possible;
- Check your technology before the D-day;
- Don’t do it a day before the deadline;
- Treat the opportunity as if you are in front of the employer;
- Use the sample interview on Hirevue;
- Read the job description;
- Be confident;
- Know what problem the company solves for its consumer;
- Understand the company’s value proposition: read about other International Oil Companies;
- Familiarize yourself with the Company’s history;
- Have some answers already.

I received an invite and am yet to have the interview. Pls what were the questions? Any headship?
