Lool. Probably they are mixing the drug with another that may be generic for viagra. Tram just depress you and kill whatever pain you are feeling. Taking tram when you intend to quash or drive is suicidal.

I never said that please but just making you understand that opiate drug mentioned in this post don't fully result to psychosis. Yes tramadol are psycho active drugs but their chances to cause psychosis is very minute to none. They are more of depressants and they don't boost sex drive.
Hallucinogenic like LSD, Psilocybin, are the bad boys also opiate such as heroine.
Rephnol are depressants.
