No it's not staged. Something similar happened on that same route a few years ago, just that then there was no protest from the victim then as this one did. With the influx of good quality camera phones,easy and cheap access to internet, any small drama between civilians and security operatives is quickly captured by i-witnesses and uploaded on the net.
