He might have a good inverter. But the same things keep happening to most people, like my friends. They all start complaining after 8month that their batteries are messed up. I keep telling them to get and use supercharger but we all need to learn after an expensive repair or damage. Lol

Ok here it is. Una wan give me work for this convid19 lockdown. It is dusty though. Here is the pic of the super charger, battery and setup. I had to remove the cover and the super charger from the electric port.

It's not the inverter but your load. My average load is about 170w from 6pm to 7am and that cost me about 120A of battery bank storage.

Better. So be aware that these heavy inverters has charger inbuilt. Your kind of inverter has models with in-built chargers too.

@Timileyin1234 Here's a ruff drawing of the connection. When there's no grid power, the inverter takes supplies the house from the battery/(solar during the day). When the sun is down, the battery power is used but when grid power is restored, the inverter goes to (bypass) mode and supply the house with the available grid power and at the same time charge the battery.

This is my setup with solar at my small shop. You cant see the wirings because they are under that plywood. But I can draw you the diagram.

Lmao... bro. there are 2 AC on an inverter, Input and Output. the Input is to be plugged into the grid, then the output is connected to the house (Home appliances)

When grid power is available the inverter would take supply the house(appliances) from the same wire that is connected to grid and at the same time use it to charge the battery.

During the sunny day, the solar charge controller charges, if at the same time,there's grid power, the inverter too add to the charge. Then when the sun is down, and theres still grid power, the inverter continues charging if the battery is not full

Yes, almost everyone knows that's the connection of a Solar setup. I have a current setup of Solar system with Li-ion batteries.

Bros, I have an inverter and also a solar system, that picture is a Solar Charge controller. I also have a MPPT SCC. Inverters charge even when solar is active. Some good inverters can combine power from both sources for the battery.

I'm just surprised why kept saying "Inverter does not charge the battery"
