If you don't know, ask let me educate you on it, because it is not from your money that they will take that one. It is 7.5% of all the fees/levies/charges that the bank deducted from customers. E.g. Let us assume you made transactions of ₦2,000,000 and, still assuming, the bank charges you ₦800 as COT. The ₦800 belongs to the bank. It is from this ₦800 that the bank will calculate 7.5% and remit to government. That is ₦60.
That one is different from stamp duty of ₦50, which is the one to be taken from the customer.
