However, let me quickly answer them here for you:
1. Yes, the email used for registration must be the same with your PayPal email. However, you can also choose to register a new email address to use for these platforms, then add that same email to your PayPal email lists - depending on your country of residence, PayPal allows you to add multiple email addresses on a single PayPal account (about 7 or 8 for those living in the U.S.) and you can receive money on your PayPal account using any of these email addresses.
2. Different platforms have different payment methods. For the 2 specific platforms for which this tutorial applies to, they pay through PayPal, Payza, Skrill, Amazon gift cards, and bitcoins.
3. For these 2 specific platforms, their minimum cash out requirement is $1, although they require 2% of your earnings to process your withdrawal. For bitcoins, the minimum cash out requirement is $40. I do not know if there is a maximum withdrawal threshold.

You can do the surveys on your computer/laptop. It is much easier that way. An app is not available for these sites, but you can still get access simply by logging into the website directly with your phone. But as I have said, it is much more easier and convenient to do it from your computer/laptop

Are we downloading any app to do the survey on android phone or we can do the survey on our computer?
