I’ve been following your threads. Very impressive. Can one attach two 3 bedroom flats to this design, and create an alternate entrance to that??

Movado9ja:
Hi there. I’m interested in a 5 bedroom duplex with two attached 3 bedroom flats (up and down). Optional Penthouse depending on cost implication.
Land is In Ibadan, about 700sqm and serviced by 2 roads so separate entrance for Duplex and the flats. There is existing incomplete structure for 2 bedroom bungalow (BQ) on the land.
I need building plan for approval ASAP, and hopefully to start first stage of main project January 2021.

Movado9ja:
Great job. Can this design be altered to be 1 duplex + 2 or 4 flats??

Timtol:
