I urgently need a 4 bedroom duplex design with 2 living rooms.

That can stand on a 50 by 50 (half plot) land.

I want as many designs as possible so as to choose the best and will definitely be working with anyone that I chose his/her designs.

I know there're different designs types not professionally inclined in this but I seriously need a unique and very simple structure that stands out.
