As long as you’re staying hydrated and getting electrolytes (google snake juice), you can fast for much longer than you think. I’m part of the r/fasting sub and people regularly do more than 1 week. Personally I max out at 4 days before I break but I break because of willpower not because of body. After your first two days you’re basically surviving off your fat deposits not carbs.
