Kukutenla: It seems you are unaware that constitution can be in written format like Nigeria's or unwritten like the UK's. Party manifesto? You make me laugh. Do you realize a written contract must be given consent by both parties before it can become legally binding? So, can you show me how many voters come in contact with the manifesto and how many sign it? IQ indeed Lord have mercy Look at the half-baked intellectual I have been arguing with 😂😂😂 Man took the word 'unwritten' in its literal meaning Unwritten simply means it is not codified or structured and so anything can be added to it from time to time without any stress. That's why you don't hear anything like Constitution amendment in the UK. An unwritten constitution is a document. Only thing is that its contents are not codified, cohesive and structured in a book like a written constitution. The Magna Carta is an example of an unwritten constitution. I'm sure it is not a verbal agreement or promise 😂😂😂😂 Examples of written constitutions include the Code Napoleon, the US constitution and that of Nigeria I'm cooking now. I don't have the time to school you further People like you are the reasons why MNK called Nigeria a zoo |

Kukutenla: What is a contract? A contract is a legally binding promise NNPC is not a private company. It is a public corporation 100% run by govt. Govt runs with promises to the citizens. While no one is disputing the importance of contractual agreements, it does not in any way invalidate the need for NNPC as a public concern to be able to match up its words with actions. Dumebi can even crank it up a notch and tell us that we shouldn't hold NNPC accountable for our refineries not working since we don't have a contract with NNPC to get our refineries working. Legally binding and written agreement/promise |

Kukutenla: Claptrap I've never liked this man. He's always offpoint.
Are shell and Mobil operating refineries in Nigeria? Is Dangote refinery competing in the same space with Mobil and Shell? This man just muddled up everything.
Every big entrepreneur in every country gets some level of government leverage and concessions. That's what built the likes of Mobil and Shell to be what they are today.
We were all alive when NNPC and Co was promising Dangote enough crude to drink and bath. They were even his biggest promoters, getting CBN and even the presidency to grant concessions on forex and loans to him only to turn around and start saying rubbish now that the man wants them to live up to the promises they made.
There's no serious business that goes about publicly making statements it can't back up at the critical juncture.
This is the reason why the likes of Total, Shell etc are divesting fast from Nigeria's uncertain business environ where politics and political considerations top everything else.
When you have politicians running your economy, the result is always a fractured and dysfunctional rent- seeking economy like we have now. You work with contracts, not promises I'm sure that flew over your head |

DMerciful: Why did you bring Igbos here? Obi is not running to be president because he is Igbo, infact Igbo leaders did not support him in 2023. Outsiders like Obj, Adebanjo etc did I'm an Igbo. I don't know about you. The bitter truth is that the hatred and propaganda directed against PO stems from the fact that he's an Igbo man. You can deceive yourself. I won't. Op is indirectly saying that the Igbos should be subservient to the Fulanis. I'll never subscribe to that. The Arewa North should fight against the Yorubas and leave us out of it. |

Nebuchadnezar: Whenever I see my fellow Obidients trying to brush aside Peter Obi partnership with Atiku, I always marvel. If Nigerians really want to dispose APC come 2027 then Obi must either partner with Atiku or step aside. Any ticket with Obi on it will be another long 4 years of APC and tinubu. This is not emotions but politics. Even tinubu will be praying against Atiku/Obi partnership because he stood no chance no matter the rigging. Right now the focus of Nigerians should be to remove APC in power. With this I'll advice Obi to either step aside or Partner with Atiku. As for me I'll prefer him stepping aside. man has really tried his best by being the only politician in Nigeria with zero corruption records. he's a multi billionaire and doing well for himself. besides he can still be president in the future because age is still by his side. The goal now is to remove APC from power because it's obvious that they're failed Nigerians. Obidients should understand that politics is not emotional. You can't want a better Nigeria and still enable tinubu for second tenure. You'll be contradicting yourself.
I remain King Nebuchadnezar Low budget Nebuchadnezzar Leave Peter Obi, the OBIdients and Igbos alone Let Atiku face Tinubu |

seunmsg: The Wike part is a big fat lie. Wike fought for the PDP ticket to be zoned to the south and never opposed that arrangement. The PDP had absolutely no intention at any time of microzoning the ticket to the SE.
In fact, Peter Obi was working against PDP zoning the ticket to the south because he wanted to become Atiku’s running mate. That was why Wike and his supporters fought him till he ran away when he saw that he won’t get the VP ticket.
Wike’s quest for a southern presidential PDP candidate that Atiku and northern elements jeopardize was what pushed him and his group to work against Atiku. You Yorubas love petty lies PO worked against the SE?! In other words, he worked against himself!!! Chai |
