Do we have to take all old passports (four to be precise) issued over a 15 hear period for submission with original documents on the appointment day?

Thanks for your reply the question asked if any visa has been issued in the last 10 years. The visa was issued 11 years ago from now (2004) but was valid till 2006. If it was meant to be a yes, what do you advise now? Can we withdraw the application? Please advise

You said no? Your mum was issued visa in 2004 and you were asked if you have been issued visa before and you said no? You be lucky to escape 10years ban.

I have a question about travel history in the visa application. My mum got a two years multiple visa that was issued in November 2004 and was valid till November 2006, she travelled last in December 2004 and that was her last time till date. where it says have you ever been issued a visa for the UK in the last 10 years , what should be filled - a yes or a no? We filled a no. Is this correct?
Another question do we have to declare a passport that was issued over 10 years ago? We did not put the passport details that she used to travel over 10 years because I assumed the information required was restricted to 10 years ago. Is there any danger with this non declaration?

We have already submitted the application on line and her appointment is on Monday please advice ASAP.
