I'm very much interested in the miniflats on offer here.
I'd like to know more.

- Water?
- Fence?
- Will the landlord be willing to accept a year and a half? a year with signed agreement to pay balance within 2/3 months?
- Can I get a breakdown of the total payments including agents fee?

Need to know more about the place.

- Does it have water?
- is it fenced?
- Will the Landlord accept any of the following? - (1 year, 1 and a half, 1year with signed agreement to pay the balance in 2/3 months?)
- How much is the entire package including agency fee and agreement and what's the breakdown?
