But how come so e people in the last recruitment got a mail to re write with this batch again. Is it that they didn't pass that one and they didn't want to announce to them or what?

I applied last time and I got a rejection mail even before writing the test. I guess I was disqualified because of age (I'm 24). This time around I applied using another mail and still got rejected. Only to recieve an invitation to write the accessment using my previous email.
