I have a similar issue with my corolla 05. when the car is stationary for a while (eg in traffic), it will refuse to drive after awhile, then jerks when I pump the accelerator further to force it to move. I was told by a kazeem that I have to replace the gear entirely. I scanned the vehicle, and this is the codes P0420 and P2716.

help please cc Gazzuzz, autologic.

Mi 6 is a small phone (size). It's a 5.15 screen inch device. You might want to consider either Mi Mix 2 or OnePlus 5 - if you love 'em big screen. Good cameras on the two phones!

I do like big screen, however mi mix 2 is still pricey. I'm actually a xiaomi fan boy

Hello guys. Seems xiaomi has abandon support for Mi5. Since purchase of the phone last, just one ota update has been pushed to it. Still on V8.2.2. 0 (miui 8/android M). Or is it just my device. I'm on stable global rom.

Settings >> Additional Settings >> Backup & reset >> Local backups >>back up.

Note: This only back up my apps (without their data), settings, call logs & contacts, messages. Don't really know what went wrong, but i have used this method to back up everything on my former RN2.

so how did u re load the backed up data to your phone? I copied the back up folder before flashing. Now, after flashng I cant find where to place the back up data. and also no button for local restore.

Just follow Gptech's description. Update to 8.5(Noughat). Download d latest developer rom, place the downloaded file in 'downloaded rom' folder on your device & flash using the updater app.
But, pls note that it'd format your files oh. So, backup your files.

Yeah I tried this but it came up with an error '' can't verify update package'

Nr mind dem, u 1 root before? If na because of developer rom, just update to Android N and download the developer rom, then flash with updater app.

So, can one update to miui 9 dev rom from 8.5(Nougat) without unlocking bootloader?

My check engine light came up. My car has been jerking while shifting gear, for some while. I scaned my car and got the Code p2716. My mechanic said I need to change the ecu, that I can't find replacement solenoids. We Got a replacement ecu for 30k,however, the problem (gear shift jerking and check engine) still persist.

The ladipo seller has requested that the gear be loosened down, so he can do further diagnosis.

Any ideas as to how to handle this.
